To return, replace, or exchange an item, within 30 days of receipt, please contact Customer Service to receive a return authorization and return address information.

If a replacement or exchange is requested, we will ship the item(s) within 3 business days via ground shipping at no charge.

If a refund is requested, we will credit the purchase price of your item(s), including original shipping charges. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (we suggest USPS, or cheapest method). Refunds will be issued same-day as receipt of returned merchandise. Refunds will be credited back via same method as original purchase (refund to credit card / PayPal / Google Checkout).

We respect your privacy and ensure that your personal information is handled in a secure, responsible manner. We never share your information with a third party, except with our credit card processing company, for the sole purpose of processing your payment. Any information we collect about you is used only to:

• process your transaction
• inform you of important information about your order
• provide a more personalized shopping experience

You may unsubscribe at any time by contacting us directly, or by clicking on the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of every promotional e-mail we send. This unsubscribe function is handled in-house and is instant.
